Dear Second Grade Student,

I’m so glad you came.  I need your help!  Holliston has decided to build an Aquarium right here in our town! It’s going to have 2 fish tanks: one saltwater and one freshwater.  That is exciting news, I know.  There is just one problem, Shelly Showoff and Nellie Know-it-all are in charge of this project and they don’t know anything about the different habitats or what animals need to survive within their habitats.

I know that in second grade you have learned a lot about animal habitats.  Could please do some research (you’ve done a lot of that too!) to figure out what types of fish, plants and food should be in each fish tank in the Holliston Aquarium? 

Together we can show the people of Holliston what an awesome Aquarium should look like.
